Students arriving at Dublin Airport can either avail of our Airport Transfer service, take a taxi to their destination or alternatively take the airport buses or public buses to the city centre. Airport Transfer
Private airport transfer can be arranged by the school to the homestay accommodation only and is available daily between 08.00 and 22.00. On arrival, the student will be met at the Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall. A driver will be there, holding a sign with the student’s name. The student will be taken directly to the homestay accommodation.
Please remember to take a note of our emergency telephone number (from abroad: +353 86) (from Dublin 086) 822 5543, so that you can contact us if you encounter any difficulties at Dublin Airport. In order to book your IH driver, you should ensure that our Enrolment Office receives your full travel details (arrival date, arrival flight number and arrival time) at least 7 days in advance, and not later than the Thursday before you are due to travel. It is advisable to supply details of all flights, e.g. if your journey involves changing flights, be sure to give us complete details of both flights.
Where possible, please also supply us with your mobile number or the telephone number of a family member or friend we can contact to check on your travel status if necessary.
Please ensure that you bring a copy of your course confirmation with you. Your driver may ask to see this.

If you have not booked an airport transfer it is very important that you inform our Enrolment Office of your expected arrival time not later than the Thursday before you are due to travel so that your host family will know when to expect you. It is preferable to give your flight details as well. As above, please also supply us with your mobile number or the telephone number of a family member or friend we can contact to check on your travel status if necessary.
