This course is designed for students aged 40+. Classes are in small groups with the emphasis on oral expression, as well as social and cultural aspects rather than grammar analysis and written skills.
The teachers who impart this course are conscious of the specific needs of these students, as well as their different learning style and rhythm of learning. We also place a special emphasis on Irish culture: our festivals and traditions, our history and literature, and the way of life in Ireland.
The programme includes:
- Arrival airport transfer from Dublin airport
- 20 hours' tuition per week - morning classes
- 4 cultural or social activities per week, including visits to local monuments, a theatre evening or a concert, 1 full-day excursion and a dinner with the teacher and other class participants
- Information about other activities, including golf, will be provided upon request
