Residential College Accommodation for
Junior Summer Students

For students who join the Junior Summer Programme at St Columba's College, accommodation is offered in the modern and spacious boarding school accommodation in the school grounds.

Room Types
There are 2 types of accommodation at St Columba’s College as below.

Grange Accommodation- These newly-built boarding houses located on the school grounds, consist of 4 and 6 bed dormitories. A courtyard separates the boy and girl boarding houses. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and the 6 bed rooms have 2 showers.

Argyle Accommodation - These newly renovated boarding houses are also located on the school grounds and consist of dormitory style accommodation with private partitioned areas. This accommodation is very modern and spacious and shared bathroom facilities are located on each floor.

Arrival and Departure Days
Students should arrive to St Columba's College on the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday or Sunday after the course ends.

Airport Transfers
Return airport transfers are compulsory for junior students unless students arrive with a parent/guardian. Airport transfers are offered from Dublin Airport to St Columba's College at a charge of €85 each way.

Meals
All meals are provided in the school canteen and there is also a snack shop open at break-times.

Laundry and Bed Linen
Bed linen is provided and changed every 2 weeks but students must bring their own towels. A laundry service is provided on a weekly basis, unless special care is required such as hand washing, in which case, students should take care of his or her own laundry. All laundry is tumble-dried so items unsuitable for tumble drying should not be sent with the laundry.

ALL items of laundry must be name tagged before arrival(including socks, underwear).
