| Students should be aged between approximately 12 and 18 years to attend high school in Ireland. |
The minimum level of English required is equivalent to TOEFL 450, IELTS 4.5 or Cambridge First Certificate. It is usually possible to have extra English classes during the school year but students should be confident of their English language skills before embarking on a high school programme.
For those students who wish to improve their level of English prior to commencing the High School Programme we suggest that they attend our Junior Summer School in July and August, or our English for Academic Purposes course. |
| To apply for a high school place, students must submit translated copies of their academic reports for the two previous years together with a reference from the school principal. |
